1L supplements

Post by HarrisonK » Thu Oct 01, 2015 11:22 am

I'm sure this has been beaten to death here but I can't find a comprehensive list of 1L supplements. I'm looking for the best hornbooks/treatises for the following classes:
(1) Civ Pro
(2) Torts
(3) Criminal Law
(4) Constitutional Law
(5) Property
(6) Contracts

What are the best study aids for these classes?

3. Dressler
4. Chemerinsky
5. Sprankling
6. Didn't use one, but I heard good things about Chirelstein

Decided not to use supplements but most people I talked to used Freer for Civ Pro and Chemirinsky for Con Law.

These are objectively the best.

For torts, you really don't need one.

For K I used Farnsworth, but only sparingly and because my professor explicitly recommended it

(1) Sum and Substance & E and E, I rented Acing Civ Pro from the library before my midterm and it had a very nice set up to shell an outline with.
(2) Don't have one
(6) Sum and Substance & E and E
