I need to average 14.5 to graduate. Is taking 12 this semester too few? My only other option is 15.

How many semesters do you have left, but probably yes, it's too few.

I have 4 semesters left including this one.

If you do 12 this semester, then you will
Need 15-15-16 the other three semesters.

I decided to schedule my classes so I would only have 9 hours my last semester And study for the Patent Bar.

A lot of people really start caring less about law school 3L year, so I would put lower hours toward the end.
