Study abroad

Post by Gamecockfan » Fri Sep 11, 2015 2:03 pm

So, I tried searching, and I didn't see much. Who has studied abroad, or knows anything about it? I'm trying to do Germany, Sweden, Spain, or Australia, or maybe a few other of the European Countries. How do you figure out which programs are receptive, worthwhile, etc. What I would really like to find is a program that allows you to get a bit of MBA type classes, but that will get credit at my home law school.

I'm studying abroad for my final semester. I think it'll be cool.

Definitely agree with that. No idea on your question. I can't imagine an employer would fault you though, tuition is going to be 5k a semester for one school I looked at. So, if they ask you could just say, it's cheaper and I get to experience a new country.

Currently studying abroad in Spain and it is the best (one of many exchange programs through my school). Zero regrets. I do think its more useful if you have goals such as learning a language. Have met tons of other US law students (mostly T1) while here, feel free to message with any questions.
