LLEWS Question

Post by ws81086n » Mon Aug 03, 2015 2:17 am

Would it be counterproductive to listen to the CD's during a long car ride? Obviously this is not how I am going to attack the program, but I'll be driving quite a long way a few days from now and it would be nice to have something to fill the time. I guess I am just wondering if the exercises will be corrupted if before fully doing the program you just listened to a portion of it straight through, not actually completing the exercises.

It'd be about as counterproductive as listening to music, and as productive too...
