How long after a call back until an offer?
With OCI season approaching, I wanted to know what a normal time frame between a call back and an offer.

Massive variance. My top choice firm got back to me a week later, but some people heard in like 24 hours. It's erratic for no predictable reason: hiring committees meet at weird intervals, people can be late submitting their feedback to recruiting, etc.

I had anywhere from same day callbacks to two months.
