Casenotes for Cases and Material on Business Entities by Chiappinelli

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a Casenote or other case brief that I can use for "Cases and Material on Business Entities" by Chiappinelli. I can't find one keyed to this book specifically and want to know if any other Casenotes will cover many of the cases in the book.
