LOCI for fall internship?

About a week ago, I interviewed for a fall internship with a COA judge (think 2/7/9). Haven't heard back yet. I assume the timeline for offers/rejections is unique to each judge. Nonetheless, should I send a short LOCI?

If you can, better to have a professor who knows the judge call to give him/her a recommendation for you. Otherwise, ask your career counselor!

I wouldn't follow up - there's basically no risk your application has been forgotten. The judge and his or her clerks are probably just busy or trying to interview a larger group before making offers.
