Brooklyn Law School outlines?

Hey TLS, I have a prof who is teaching Business Associations/Corporations for the first time at my school but he used to teach this course at Brooklyn Law School. If anyone has access to a Brooklyn Law School outline database, the prof is James Park. You would be my hero!
