I need some comparison of how the administrative code is applied on legal entities in different countries (France, Italy, Germany etc.) is applied, is it the same as for persons, is it applied for legal entity or just for responsible person etc.
I found this article, but is for criminal law, and I need administrative law.
Maybe anyone came across something similar?
