Securities Regulation Supplement post JOBS Act

What's up TLS. I'm looking for a solid securities regulation supplement, preferably post JOBS Act (2012), because a lot has changed since then. I'm currently using Understanding Securities Law (2014) which is pretty good, but it leaves some gaps. Any ideas?
