Google/Google.Scholar Search Term Connector?

A question I should remember from 1L legal research, but does google/google.scholar have a "within sentence" or "within x number of words" function,

I.e. on lexis/westlaw if I were searching for something on privacy law and database flow I might use the following connectors:
(privacy /3 law) /s "database flow

Is there anyway to do that on google?
