i probably have a place opening up in sunset park by the 36th st stop this summer, decent sized bedroom in my 2 bdrm, 788/mo
it's not a sure thing yet, but i'm like 70% sure my roomie is moving out when the semester ends

fyi, my roomie confirmed she's moving out
so the place will prob be open starting in late april
available for anyone looking for a summer sublet, or a place for the school year, or both
