Interview tips?

Hello friends.

I have my first JAG interview of any kind coming up next week. I'm currently a 2L; I'm applying for the Navy SP program, and I'm wondering if any of you could tell me what the interview format is like? From what I've read here and elsewhere it seems to be pretty structured.. and I saw one article saying that they ask the same set of "job related" questions to every applicant.

Can anyone explain that to me?
