Any tips for keeping anxiety at bay during the final weeks?

Just remember: your grade depends on how well you do and how well everyone else does. One of those you can't change.

Flip-side question: How does one stay motivated in the face of such fatalism?

Exam season separates the men from the boys. You either have it or you don't. (my honest opinion)

But there are the standard things that you can do, like getting enough sleep, eating well, taking long showers, meditating (honestly helps).

Just take like an hour or two (maybe even more) off from studying and do something that you enjoy that gets your mind away from this shit

Study every minute until your final in a panic b/c you know you aren't prepared, so you don't have time to feel anxious

Panic = shit shit shit shit shit gotta go gotta go
Anxious = can't sleep because what if I do horrible and ruin my life
