Outlining Question
First off, I know I'm starting late in the game (I've been really sick over the past week and a half and pissed that I haven't started studying heavily yet.) Anyway, I was wondering how long the "attack" outline for Torts should be. I heard I should try to get it down to about a page, but I don't see how that's possible given how in-depth negligence is. Should I just have a quick phrase per topic just to job my memory? Or how should I go about making the "attack" outline?

Re: Outlining Question
However long you need. Goal is to see key words & jog your memory. Have a full outline ready with tabs or something so you can go to it when you need it.
After you've taken a few exams, you'll start to understand what issues in a class are really ripe for testing (negligence is obv. one), and what key ambiguities/issues will come up in every problem. Your attack outline should help you go down that process quickly so you have more time to write & analyze.

My attack outline was essentially a table of contents#NotACop wrote:First off, I know I'm starting late in the game (I've been really sick over the past week and a half and pissed that I haven't started studying heavily yet.)
