Good Practice Property Exams Forum

My property professor is fairly new & doesn't have any old 1L property exams for use to use for practice. I've gone through practice exams from other 1L property professors at my law school, but they seem to have focused more heavily on things like Landlord/Tenant relationships which my professor assigned basically no reading on.

Any suggestions of any websites where I can find good practice exam questions? (especially ones focused on future interests, if possible)
