I feel like this is something I should know by now, but just HOW MANY opinions are courts writing these days? Like, per month, what kinda #s are we talking?
In particular I was thinking about the CAFC, but other circuit cts could be interesting too. And district courts, e.g. ND Cal, if anyone might know this?
How many opinions are actually written? (CAFC & others) Forum
