M&A Class -- What would be most helpful

Hey Everyone,

I am currently assisting a professor in designing a practical application portion of an M&A class for the upcoming semester. I wanted to field any suggestions for what would be most helpful to include in terms of practical application/future usefulness. Already planning on the following items: basic accounting, valuation, turning changes, due diligence with mock contracts.

Any advice here or PM greatly appreciated.
