A quick google search shows that there's quite a few schools that have a transactional law competition in which teams negotiate terms of a deal.
I'm curious to hear about experiences from those who have successfully participated in such a competition. Primarily, I'm curious in hearing how transactional competitions are judged and what a team can do in such a competition to do well.
