Hi,
So sorry if this question has already been asked, I tried searching it but could not find an answer. What is the difference between the following two Freer civ pro books? Which one is recommended?
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/145480 ... oklists-20
http://www.amazon.com/Introduction-Civi ... 91&sr=8-22
I want to buy one of them now but am not sure which to choose. Thank you in advance!!

The first supplement that you've linked to is the one that everyone uses, and it is pretty awesome. Freer also gives online Barbri lectures that you may find helpful. You can get these lectures for free be signing up with Barbri at your law school.
Other civ pro supplements that people find helpful:
Glannon's E&E
Acing civil procedure

Freer truly is a champ amongst men.
The first supplement is the one you want, as it is far superior to any casebook you're using. The PJ and Erie sections alone are pretty sexy and worth your money, since most of everything else in Civ Pro is straightforward. He lays out frameworks to use when analyzing those issues on an exam, and you'll want to pretty much use them to make generic outlined answers for the exam that you can just fill in with the actual facts of your exam hypo.

the latter book is the older version without TWIQBAL cases for complaints. Civ Pro has been evolving and the new edition takes that into account.
That being said, you can still get the older version cheaper, read through them, and take note of some of the recent changes and simply implement them into your outline.
