Securities Regulation Supplement?

Post by MrProhibition » Mon Oct 13, 2014 11:20 am

Does anyone recommend any particular securities regulation supplement that will include recent changes? The authors of book are Soderquist and Gabaldon. Thus, I would think the Prichard and Choi book would not be best. Possibly E&E or something else?

This is pretty good, but narrow ('33 and '34 Act liability focused). Other than that, the E&E was okay. Sec Reg was tough to find a good supplement for, there's a market for it.
