F bluebook - help needed.

I cannot find an adequate, bluebook citation for UN Reports. Where is it? The below is what I came up with:

Report of the United Nations Mediator on Cyprus to the Secretary General of the United Nations, para.17, UN doc. S/6253, 26 March 1965.

Just do it. Point of the bluebook is to allow your reader to find your source.
