I'm currently on future interests & the rule of perpetuities in 1L property and am struggling a bit with keeping all the moving parts straight. The professor is moving extremely quickly so this weekend I'm planning on drilling the topic.
For supplements I already have the nutshell that was written by my professor and the EE, but I'm just wondering if anyone else has any suggestions on how to approach/study this topic.
Thanks!

IMO, Future Interest and RAP can best be learned by working through many problems.
I found this book of problems very helpful when I was leaning these topics:

One of the flashcard companies also makes future interest flash cards. I know many law library reference desks have flash cards along side their supplemental materials.
