Take MPRE same semester as PR? Forum

I'm taking professional responsibility this semester. I'm deciding whether to get the MPRE out of the way in November (I have until Thursday to register late). Is it better to take it after I'm done PR (march) or while taking PR (nov)?

Most of the 3L class at NU is doing that this term.

Take it in November. The MPRE usually falls around St. Pats day celebrations in the spring. Don't risk wasting a half of day of day drinking for the MPRE.

It's usually the last weekend of March, and sometimes first weekend of April. St. Patrick's day is March 17.

So the standard advice of just studying for a day or two, does that apply if you aren't currently taking PR as well?

Yeah, there will likely be rules that your PR class didn't cover. But a day or two will be fine. Get a free outline/lectures from BarBri/Themis/Kaplan. Cursory review and you pass.
