Honors & Achievements for law school

Post by swtlilsoni » Wed Sep 10, 2014 1:50 pm

I'm not doing journal or moot court, and that's what most people put down underneath their law school on their resume. Some people also seem to put awards for booking classes etc. I don't want to leave mine empty, but I also don't want to have random BS clubs on there. I'm a 3L but is there anything I can do this year that would give me something to add under my law school on my resume?

There's this one random moot court competition thats not affiliated with the law school moot court team, so maybe if I win something in that I could put that down?
Also what about being on a student faculty committee?
other than that, anything else?

My impression is that listing book prizes / DSs / whatever is a fairly common practice. But I guess I don't see many resumes--does my impression jive with TLS wisdom?
