Hello lovely TLSers, I am an RAing this semester and am hitting a wall in my research.
I am doing research for a professor and they would like me to find hypos for an upcoming presentation about international tax ethics. The hypos can be about anything, as long as they are legal ethical questions...
I am basically stuck as to how to find these. I've tried looking at various seminars and presentations, but most of them either cost money or they are woefully unhelpful. Has anyone had to find hypos for professor and had some luck?
Any help would be great.

You could base your hypos on actual cases. Just simplify some details and change the names and you have some hypotheticals. You could also consider looking at law review articles. I wouldn't be surprised to see material from which you could draw hypos.
