How Does One Make a Fed Tax Outlilne

For an open book exam. Make an outline keyed to the statutory supplement?

Both of these things. Skim over the problems you do in class and make note of any IRC sections and Regs your prof mentions. Then use E&E for making sure you have the plug and chug, step by step for each thing.
