Lexis Free Outlines

Post by Charlestonsfb60 » Fri Sep 05, 2014 10:40 am

Want to start doing a little outlining for Torts on the weekends. Has anyone tried using the free outlines on lexis nexis as a blueprint. It seems like a lot of the black letter law on the outlines is the same as we have been going over in class. I was thinking of copying it and rearranging to fit with the order that we have been doing it and adding in any relevant notes from class and citing the cases where they need to go. Really have no idea how to do an outline so was wondering if this was an acceptable/efficient way of going about it. Any other suggestions about how to go about starting an outline?

Stahp.

You're outlining way too early. Enjoy the ease of the 1L fall semester and come back in November.
