Casenote legal briefs vs. Emanuel's outlines

Post by Captain Rodeo » Sat Aug 30, 2014 2:46 pm

The former is keyed to the book I have for torts. Just don't know the difference between the two.

Any ideas?

I believe the main difference is that Casenote legal briefs only has short summaries of the cases listed in your book. From experience most all cases if not all are there. However, Emanuel's outlines outlines the course, so it doesn't necessarily breakdown each case in your specific book for you, all it will do is provide you a full scope of tort law, in an outline form that you might be able to use for your exam, and may include cases not mention in your book. You could buy both books if you feel that both will help you, they are both different and useful in different ways.
