Securities Regulation

Post by Charger » Fri Aug 29, 2014 3:55 am

Rising 3L with post-grad SF/SV biglaw position in general commercial litigation practice group. Trying to keep the course load light this year. Should I take securities regulation? I've already taken evidence and business associations.

Why not? It really isnt that hard of a class, though I will say that it took until studying for the final for everything to really come together for me.

If you are going to be in commercial lit, you likely will deal with securities at some point, might as well have an introduction to them.
