Fed Income Tax, Corp Textbooks

Post by jbagelboy » Wed Aug 27, 2014 2:28 pm

Anyone know if there are significant/relevant differences between:

1) The 2009 and 2012 editions of "Federal Income Taxation" by Bankman, Shaviro, Stark;

2) The 2010 (10th) and 2014 (11th) editions of Eisenberg and Cox's Corporations & Business Organizations ect., coincidentally by Eisenberg and Cox?

I would save about $350 buying used versions of the 2009/2010 editions, respectively, and as a 2L I'm not exactly looking for perfection here, but if there are revolutionary changes I'd like to know before I buy the older edition. Thanks so much!

Should be good on #1. #2 will have some obvious capital gains rate discrepancies but should be fine.
