Hey all,
I'm gearing up for OCI, and I just had a quick question about course registration. I want to do litigation, and I'm feeling a lot of pressure to take evidence fall semester (it's offered fall and spring at my school). I'd really like to wait to take evidence in the spring because it doesn't jive well with my anticipated schedule this upcoming semester. Would any firms expect me to be enrolled in evidence (or care at all) by the time I interview this fall?
This may be a needless worry, I just feel like everyone has been making a big deal about taking evidence as soon as possible. I was just wondering, in terms of employment for next summer, if there's any real reason to take it in the fall.

Re: Evidence
You wouldn't SA until after 2L spring so there's no reason anyone should or would care whether you take it in the fall or spring.GunnerBingo wrote:Hey all,

Re: Evidence
It shouldn't matter for employment. However, if you want to do a clinic, it might be necessary. My school required you to take it before you could do some of the clinics, so it was important to get it done early.
