Acing, Nutshell, or Crunchtime for Corporations Cram

Post by victortsoi » Thu May 01, 2014 4:47 pm

I have pretty good outlines and about a week or so till my corps exam. Which concise hornbook is the best of these for a quick cram?

For my corporations class no supplement I looked at was very useful. I thought they were all not very good and so focused on my outline/casebook.

Acing was pretty good if your class is more big picture and not so into the statutory supplement.

Nutshell corporations or nutshell business associations? Sorry about your grade, do you attribute it to your study method? Our prof mentions statutes but really focused on cases and concepts.

Nutshell business associations. It was the opposite. The book is great with cases, but my prof focused on statutes, especially dgcl. It was a combination of not being smart enough, not study ing hard enough, and not caring enough to tailor my studying to the prof.

which concise hornbook? I don't really like the concepts and insights series.

I heard the Acing book is very good.

On a side note, I think this class is the hardest I've taken in law school. It is definitely not learnable with just an old outline.
