I'm looking for a flow-chart-like or checklist-type supplement for criminal procedure II, the course covering trial junk like double jeopardy (which dissapointingly doesn't concern Alex Trebek) and Gerstein Hearings. Apparently the crunchtime only covers the pre-trial constitutional stuff.
Ideas? Does anyone know the contents of the "Acing Criminal Procedure" book?

Re: Advanced Criminal Procedure/ Crim Pro II Supplements
Good question...I'm in the same kind of class. Mine mostly was focused on prosecutorial discretion, jury selection, Booker sentencing guidelines and pretty much everything that happened once the defendant was in the courtroom. I checked out the book Acing Criminal Procedure and probably 75% of it is focused on the pre-trial stuff, like Miranda rights, 4th Amendment, exclusionary rule, exceptions to warrantless searches, scoope of searches and so forth. Probably wouldn't be that helpful for Crim Pro II.
