con law help

Post by Charlie.Home » Thu Apr 24, 2014 3:51 pm

Prof. didn't give us any practice exams and not much going on in school's exam database. We used Chemerinsky's book and spent almost all our time on (1) commerce clause (2) substantive due process (3) equal protection.

Can anyone recommend source of hypos and answers on these topics?

Anyone know of some past essay exam essays covering any of these topics?

I have been using the Q & A. It has specific sections for each topic. I treat each MC as a hypo, fully write out the rule, and analyze the question before I pick one of the available answers. Also, http://law.ggu.edu/law-library/study-aids/past-exams (Golden Gate University) has past exams, I have done a good amount of those. It has a little of everything. Hope this helps.
