I am wondering if it's possible to link outlook calendar with iphone calendar? or outlook with google calendar? Thanks!

Outlook can have its own local calendar which is what I presume OP is trying to sync. If so you can easily Google a way to sync it with Google Calendar and then the Google Calendar can be synced with your iOS calendar app.

if im reading correctly from the articles i found on google, google no longer support syncing with outlook. just wondering if anyone found a way around this. my google cal is synced to iphone. but cannot find a way to sync outlook calendar to google calendar
