Criminal Law Exam

Post by doctoroflaw91 » Tue Apr 15, 2014 6:14 pm

Our professor's crim exam is very theory-based. We had a similar sort of exam for property last semester, and I found it helpful to anticipate possible theory questions (Ex. What should be the role of the takings clause?) and pre-write them before the exam.

I'm trying to anticipate/draft answers to possible crim questions. Any ideas or good places to look for answers? I have Dressler's book.

Thank you!
