Class Registration

Post by txig » Thu Apr 10, 2014 11:33 am

Heading into 2L and looking to do biglaw. Really have no idea what I want to practice, but need to select some courses.

What are must takes in 2L or 3L year that I need no matter what I want to practice?

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Corporations
Tax
Criminal Procedure
Federal Courts
Securities Regulation
Secured Transactions
Mergers & Acquisitions
Trusts and Estates

Employment Law

Finance-focused courses

I would have probably murdered myself if I had an entire semester of that.
