I know there are 313842 threads on this topic, but I want the latest and greatest TLS input.

I haven't done a goddamn thing in PR. Not a single reading. I have something approaching common sense and understand that I shouldn't fuck my clients/use their money as my checking account, but still feel that I should put in some study time. We still don't know the format of the exam, but the teacher is infamous for "Multiple Choice, explain your answer" tests.

-Any feedback on the E&E?
-Should I be looking at MPRE prep materials?


I've been working my ass off in Evidence. I've done all the readings, outlined each one (I don't think you can call a 160 page document an outline, but whatever). The test is 100% Multiple Choice.

-Anyone have experience with the Evidence Q&A? Are the questions hard enough?
-Any good experiences with other supplements?

I've been working my ass off in Evidence. I've done all the readings, outlined each one (I don't think you can call a 160 page document an outline, but whatever). The test is 100% Multiple Choice.

-Anyone have experience with the Evidence Q&A? Are the questions hard enough?
-Any good experiences with other supplements?

I think hell would freeze over if you got less than an A in Evidence. Nice hustle.

MC doesn't favor the "overprepared." On an essay I could show off how much dumb shit I know about Daubert and the residual exception. Multiple choice exam? I'll spend five minutes overthinking each question and have to randomly bubble in the last ten.

True, true, with that much prep there's the risk of getting too lost in details.

I did very well on the MC portion my Evidence exam (got dinged on the policy ? tho which was why I got an A- and not an A) I used CALI, Lexis Q&A, parts of the E&E, and kalvano's magical short sheet.
