Biz Orgs Outline
Am going to be taking Biz Orgs this quarter. We are using the Business Organizations in a Planning Context text by Drake. This book literally blows more than a white girl and her hairdryer. Accordingly, does anyone have an outline keyed to this book? If not, does anyone have an amazing biz orgs outline they'd like to share?

I have this casebook this semester and concur wholeheartedly. Do you or anyone that has used this casebook have an outline for it they'd be willing to share?

This is the first Ed so there may not be any completed outline. Nevertheless, my open plea to UW Law students or anyone currently taking this course (with this book)...please share the wealth.
