Style for Legal Writing

Post by POTUS2044 » Sun Mar 16, 2014 10:58 pm

Are various styles specified anywhere wrt legal writing? I couldn't find anything in the Bluebook, and iirc I've never seen it specified in courts procedures anywhere. Are these things just left up to personal discretion/common sense?

For example:
Curly vs straight quotes
Spacing (# of spaces between things or weird symbols, as well as when you should us a non-breaking space)
etc....
