Flowchart Creation Software? Forum

What program do you recommend for making flowcharts? What programs should I steer clear of?

On the Mac I have been using OmniGraffle off and on for years, and have found it to be a nice product.

I swear by OmniGraffle. (And OmniOutline for note-taking, outlining, and generally keeping me sane.)
