Contracts help/guide?

Post by Virindi » Tue Feb 25, 2014 5:56 pm

Can anyone point me to a guide for this class? I'm lost as fk and I've been reading the Restatement, Camirillo's Hornbook, EE, and Chirelstein. I'm also an idiot.

What I'm looking for is like: recommended supplement, what to focus on, and advice for the exam (it's open book, so... flowchart? What would the flowchart look like)?

Or really, any comments about things that worked well for you when you took Contracts?

Thanks.

The Crunchtime book has some pretty sweet flowcharts. I'm just taking Ks now though, so I can't say how good they are.

Crunchtime is great. If you're also studying the UCC, like I did, use The ABC's of the UCC. Fantastic book that really breaks down the UCC rules.
