How did you prepare for a take home exam?? Forum

This semester I have multiple classes that have 8hr take home exams instead of the typical 4hr in class exam. Especially re outlining, how have you prepared for these exams? Do you change your approach or do you tackle the take home the same way you do a in class exam? Thanks- I really appreciate the input !

As my prof explained, the great thing about an 8 hour take home, is that you can start studying the material right when you get the exam, and you'll study all the correct stuff. No time wasted!
