how important is taking sec reg for 2L SA in corporate dept? Forum

i'll be in the corporate department of my firm, NYC office of a v50.

i'd prefer to take sec reg later on as a 3L and not this semester. i see why the class will be important as an actual associate, but is it critical/helpful that i take the class before my SA?

I took it as a 3L without issue. Wouldn't worry about it.

I don't think there is any class that I really NEEDED to take before my SA. Corporations probably helped a tad, but that's about it.
