How do you BB cite a transcript of an NYU speech? Forum

How do you BB cite a transcript of an NYU speech?

The transcript is linked. It doesnt really fall into 10.8.3, and cannot locate it. Please help, I know there is an avid BB'er out there.

You want Rule 17.2.6 for speeches and addresses plus I'd add the URL per 18.2.3
