Shot in the dark...Professor Andrew Kull property outline

Hey guys, looking for an outline/ class notes for first-year property taught by Andrew Kull. He taught at Boston University the law few years, now teaching at Texas. Any help would be much appreciated.

He hasn't taught property at BU for at least the past few years (don't know if he ever did). He taught contracts.

there are outline banks that have outlines from his past property classes. the site requires reciprocity/or payment though, so i won't link here. hint: google "law school outlines"
