Issue list for PR

Anyone have an "issue list" for an issue spotter exam? My professor is seriously bending me over and boning me for this exam and has thrown everything and the kitchen sink into his final exam..

Yep. Doing it now, but there seem to be so many issues/sub-issues/sub-sub-issues that I've lost track of exactly what to look for, well, besides the obvious points.
