Hey folks,
When my buddy failed his first CBX last February, he didn't know how to interpret the results (i.e. how many more raw points were needed to pass). Recalculating this manually was a pain so I created a nifty Excel chart for him and now converted it to a website in case it helps anyone else.

Apologies for the semi-ugly site, but it does the job, I think.

Nice job. But, how did you get the results on November 19? I thought they were released November 22. Did you notice the results? 3.6115 multiplier? Epic! Hardest written section ever? You could get away with significantly lower raw scores than usual.

Thanks cadestevenson!
I've added July 2013 results on Nov 22. Before that, the site had results only for previous exams.
The written section indeed seems double hard this time. It's very noticeable on the chart for each session. For instance, if you scored 580 raw this time, you were just 40 raw points away from passing. In the previous 5 bars, the same raw score is 75 - 95 points away. In other words, fewer points were needed to pass this time (by almost half)!

True, but it may have been harder, to the same extent, to actually get a 580 raw this year. Maybe the graders graded especially harshly.

My visceral reaction to the first PT may have been right. Must have been so obnoxiously hard, it sank everyone's scores.

I think we are on the same page.
I mentioned fewer points were needed to pass implying they were harder to get
