Mergers and Acquisitions

Does anyone know a good commercial outline, or an outline I can find online, for a course on Mergers and Acquisitions? Specifically, the text is by Therese Maynard.

Did you ever find one? I'm in M&A right now and we're using the same text. Would love an outline.
